Spirit Horse storms into Wire Road from somewhere out there. This hop forward IPA has the charm and personality to win you over. A beer large in stature but gentle on the palette, Spirit Horse grazes on Citra, Sabro and Galaxy hops to create a hazy and hoppy IPA that will not soon be forgotten.
Saisons were originally created as a refreshing drink for french farmers during the warm summers, and this one is no exception! Meaning "large field" in french, the Grand Champ was common field where farmers cultivated their land in long, narrow strips at Ste. Genevieve and other settlements.
This robust porter full of chocolate malt flavors was named after Elk Horn Tavern that sat along the Wire Road and played important role in the Battle of Pea Ridge. The original tavern had a set of elk horns mounted on the roof, referring to an old Ozarks superstition to keep evil spirits away.
"What we have here is failure to communicate" how crushable this Cool Hand Kolsch really is. Quite opposite of the stubbornly tough "beautiful-rebel" Luke was, Cool Hand is a tad more delicate, malty and balanced with a crisp and smooth dry finish. A tasty "quencher", Cool Hand Kolsch is a must have at Wire Road.

The Dreamspinner Dunkel is named after Gottfried Duden and his 1829 writings about Missouri that had critics calling him a dream spinner! In the 1830's, over 120,000 Germans immigrated to the US - over 1/3 of them chose Missouri. After coming to Missouri himself, Duden wrote of a land that surely had to be too good to be true!

This Hefe is a pale, refreshing wheat beer for those Hefeweizen lovers out there!
This "Big" Imperial IPA has nothing to hide. In true fashion of our brewer, the beer is balanced with local honey to compliment 7 different hops making John the Elder a solid choice for Wire Road beer lovers who appreciate a quality, high gravity beer.
A great option to transition from dark and malty beers to light and crisp spring time pours. Sweeny's brings a very slight balanced bitterness complimented by a somewhat toasty and nutty flavor. The ruby colored Sweeny's Irish Red is clean, dry, and worth the trip to Wire Road!
This one may sneak up on you! This high ABV brew is complex and spicy from Belgian yeast.
Next comes our Brett Famre (Read "Farm") Foeder-aged Farmhouse Ale. This ale is made with Brettanomyces yeast, inspiring the clever play on names.
Foeder aged sour grisette. Multiple layers of sour, salt, and funk picked up during the 10 week aging process in our oak foeder. A solid sour with good kick!
